Privacy

Your Privacy is important to us and particularly the confidential details contained in your CV. In order to provide our service we ask for and require certain personal information about you. At no time and under no circumstances will Aussie CV distribute, disseminate, sell, or disclose any personal information given to us by our customers for the purposes of writing their CV. Any personal data that is acquired or stored by Aussie CV is for CV writing or assessment purposes only. Please review our Privacy Policy for further details.

Electronic Communications

When you upload your CV for assessment and/or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You also agree that Aussie CV does not warrant that any electronic communications including attachments sent to you are free of computer viruses. Aussie CV is not liable in any way for any viruses that you may acquire as a result of using our service or by communicating with us electronically. Aussie CV makes every attempt to prevent viruses from being transmitted, but by the nature of our activities on the internet, viruses may be transmitted by us. Aussie CV is not liable or responsible for any viruses inadvertently transmitted and Aussie CV is not liable for any damages resulting from the transmission of viruses. It is the responsibility of every user of the Aussie CV service to prevent viruses from coming into contact with their own computers.

THIS SITE IS PROVIDED BY AUSSIE CV ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. AUSSIE CV MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THIS SITE, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT OR MATERIALS INCLUDED ON THIS SITE. AUSSIE CV WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Limitation of liability

1. Aussie CV is not responsible for any inability to access our services, temporary or otherwise.

2. You acknowledge that Aussie CV makes no claims or guarantees as to the accuracy or success of its services.

3. You specifically acknowledge and agree that the information contained in the CV assessment is for general information purposes only and should only be treated as a guide. Aussie CV is not liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss; or for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data arising from using this website or assessment service.

4. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Aussie CV be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, Aussie CV materials.

5. Aussie CV is not responsible for any errors made in our service. By using Aussie CV you acknowledge the fact that not all errors, omissions, and problems can be detected by Aussie CV and its CV consultants.

6. By using Aussie CV, you acknowledge and assume that even after using our CV editing or writing services, errors might remain in your document. Aussie CV is not liable for any of these undiscovered errors.

7. Aussie CV is not responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of your CV and do not perform employer and/or police background checks to validate the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of your CV.

8. Aussie CV is not responsible for the success of your CV or related products.

9. Aussie CV is not responsible for any actions that do or do not result from the use of Aussie CV’s services, including, but not limited to, successful acquisition of a job or the failure to secure a job, even on account of Aussie CV's services. 

10. You acknowledge that the CV and Cover Letter writing techniques of Aussie CV are the proprietary property of Aussie CV and are valuable. CV’s and/or Cover Letters are not disclosed or distributed without payment. All sales are final and no refunds are permitted on creative products or services. For the avoidance of doubt, Aussie CV will not monetarily refund any editing or writing services whatsoever.

11. Aussie CV employs CV Consultants who are independent contractors and Aussie CV is not responsible for the behaviour, conduct or liability of the consultants that are engaged to perform CV assessments and writing services.

12. Aussie CV Website has links to Internet sites maintained by third parties. Aussie CV does not operate or control in any respect any information, products or services on these third-party sites. The materials in this site and the third-party sites are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Aussie CV disclaims all warranties. Aussie CV does not warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects will be corrected. Aussie CV does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in this site or in third-party sites in terms of their correctness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. You (and not Aussie CV) assume the entire cost of all necessary maintenance, repair or correction.

13. Aussie CV has made no express, implied or other representations about what its service will do to a client's chances of securing a job or getting an interview. 

14. Aussie CV has made no express, implied or other representations about what its service will do to a client's chances of securing a visa and/or employer/state sponsorship visa. 

16. Aussie CV does not supply Australian visa assessments.

16. Aussie CV disclaims any and all implied or express warranties, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness of products as well as services for a particular purpose.

17 Users of Aussie CV agree of hold Aussie CV harmless from any career, professional, criminal, or civil proceedings brought about by their own negligent or intentional furnishing of false or misleading information.

18. Aussie CV retains the right to refuse its services to any client/potential client, without giving reason or explanation.
